Seborrhoeic Keratosis

Seborrhoeic keratosis is a common, harmless skin growth that often appears on the face, chest, or back. It's also known as a senile wart, barnacle, or shagreen patch.

Symptoms

The most common reasons for seborrhoeic keratoses are age and sun exposure. However, they can also be caused by other things such as genetics, infectious agents, and certain medications.

Seborrhoeic keratoses treatment

Most seborrhoeic keratoses will eventually disappear without any treatment, but if you want them removed for cosmetic reasons, they can be treated in our medical clinic with the Lamprobe machine.
